Create a Default Item

Overview

Items that you use frequently in Agendas can be pre-setup so that you can easily add them to an agenda. 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Agenda Center

  2. Select the Category you would like to add the default item to 
    AC_Category.png
  3. Select Add Default Item on the right-hand side

  4. Fill in fields

    • Name (required): Name of the item
    • Start Time: Enter a desired start time for the item
    • Description: Enter a brief description of the item
    • Attach Files: Click Upload File(s) to upload files from your computer
      1. Drag-and-drop files to the Upload box

      2. Click Continue

      3. Select Convert All to PDF to transform all your files to PDF files

  5. Select Save and Approve at the top of the page
    SaveApprove.png

Note: The Default Agenda Item will now be available to add to any agenda without having to re-enter the item each time you create an agenda.
