Allow Public Calendar Submissions


When users submit events, they have a drop-down with all of the public Calendar categories. At this time, there is no way to limit the calendars that appear in this list. 

With Public Calendar Submissions, before the user's event publishes and becomes publicly viewable, a back-end user with Publisher, Owner, or System Admin rights must approve and publish the submitted event.
