    • Note: Your video will not automatically post unless Auto Recording is setup on your site, it is recommended to Save to File as a backup. If you would like auto record turned on or off for your site, have the Primary Contact reach out to Support.

Question: step 4 states: Once you end the broadcast, it will begin encoding on the channel you selected
Note: Your video will not automatically post unless Auto Recording is setup on your site...
I'm confused. When you say it will begin encoding, will it do that even if Auto Recording is not set up but just won't Post live automatically? Or are you saying that it won't even encode if Auto Recording is not set up?

    Hello Michael!

Sorry about the delay. The note is referring that it will not even encode if Auto Recording is not set up. Once the broadcast ends, the video will not be on the site or go into encoding.

Please contact support if you have any further questions.
