Overview
When you choose to enable Allow Public Reservations, your site will be able to select and submit reservations for a specific facility (within specified hours of operation).
Instructions
- Navigate to Modules > Content > Facilities
- Select Properties
- Scroll down on the Properties page and select the checkbox Allow Public Reservations
- Select Save Changes
- On the Facilities Main tab, select the desired category
- Select the desired facility
- Scroll down on that facility's Main tab and check Allow Public Reservations
- Select Save Changes

How are reservations canceled?

To decline a reservation request, please follow our steps in the Decline a Submitted Reservation article (https://www.civicengage.civicplus.help/hc/en-us/articles/360049324654-Decline-a-Submitted-Reservation).
