Overview 

The Document Center is for storage of one time documents and images, not archived documents/forms. You can use folders and sub-folders to separate and organize documents in the Document Center.

Benefits

  • Allows you to copy folder links for easy sharing
  • Allows you to organize documents by subject folders
  • Allows further organization in sub-folders
  • Shows date of last modification to keep documents up-to-date
  • Shows the status of the document to ensure published material
