Copy a Document Link

This article will show you how to copy a link to a document.

After you copy the link, you can link to that document.


  1. Select Modules > Content > Document Center
  2. Select the folder that contains the document or file you wish to link to
  3. Locate the document
  4. Select Actions > Copy Link
  5. Copy one of the provided links 
    • Link 1: Use to copy into your site pages or module content
    • Link 2: Use to copy into a document or another website

    This article showed how to get the link but did not show how to post to a page using the editor (insert document link/hyperlink) or alternatively using the text widget.  The video describes how to copy the link but does not show the actions for the page and talks about the hyperlink manager which is part of the legacy editor and not the new process.
