Insert Documents from Multiple Folders at Once

Release Note

This enhancement feature will not be released until January 6, 2018. Any enhancement can be adjusted or removed any time prior to launch. If there are any changes, this article will be updated.

Overview

  1. Navigate to your desired page
  2. Ensure Live Edit is turned on

  3. Select Widgets
    versions_tab.png
  4. Drag and drop Related Documents to desired location on the page

  5. If desired, insert the Heading that will be displayed above the list of documents, select desired number of columns and sorting order

  6. Select the X
    close_related_document_widget_options.png
  7. Select Click Here to select and add documents, or drag and drop files from your computer

  8. Locate the folder that houses some desired documents
  9. Select the checkbox next to the document
    check_next_to_document.png
  10. Locate another folder that houses more desired documents
  11. Select the checkbox next to the document
    check_next_to_related_doc.png
  12. Select Insert Marked
