Insert Documents from Multiple Folders at Once

Overview

This article will show you how to add multiple documents to your page.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to your desired page
  2. Ensure Live Edit is turned on

  3. Select Widgets

  4. Drag and drop Related Documents to desired location on the page

  5. Fill in fields

    • Widget Skin: Select an appearance
    • Heading: Create a heading (title)
    • Columns: Choose the number of columns to display at one time
    • Sort Order: Choose to sort by name (alphabetical), modification date, or manual order
    • Advanced - Widget Breakpoint: Width at which the widget will switch from narrow to wide view
  6. Select the X

  7. Select Click Here to select and add documents, or drag and drop files from your computer

  8. Locate the folder that houses some desired documents

  9. Select the checkbox next to the document
    check_doc.png
  10. Locate another folder that houses more desired documents
    another_folder.png
  11. Select the checkbox next to the document
    folder.png
  12. Select Insert Marked
    insert_marked.png
  13. Scroll to the top and click Save
