Who can use this feature?
In the Request Tracker module, you are able to associate submitted tickets together that are similar. This allows you to easily monitor all related tickets.
- Navigate to Modules > Content > Request Tracker
- Open your desired category
- Find the original ticket and make note of the Ticket Number
- On the new ticket, select Actions and View Details
- Scroll down to below the Map display
- In the Associated Requests field, enter in the Original Ticket Number
- Click Associate
- Your screen should refresh and you will not have to save
- You will see the association on your original ticket as well
