Associate Related Request Tracker Tickets

Overview

In the Request Tracker module, you are able to associate submitted tickets together that are similar. This allows you to easily monitor all related tickets.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Request Tracker

  2. Open your desired category
    Select_Category.png
  3. Find the original ticket and make note of the Ticket Number
    Ticket_Number.png
  4. On the new ticket, select Actions and View Details
    View_Details.png
  5. Scroll down to below the Map display
    Scroll_Below_Map_Display.png
  6. In the Associated Requests field, enter in the Original Ticket Number
    Associated_Requests.png
  7. Click Associate
    Associate.png
  8. Your screen should refresh and you will not have to save

  9. You will see the association on your original ticket as well
