Create Canned Responses

Overview

This article will show you how to create Canned Responses for a Request Tracker category. 

Important Note

  • All sales before July 1, 2020 will have this version of CRT™. If your contract started after this date, please view information for the new CRT package

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker

  2. Click on the category in which you wish to add Canned Responses
    add_a_canned_response_as_a_comment_select_category.jpg
  3. Click Actions
    modify_a_category_in_request_tracker_actions.jpg
  4. Select Properties
    modify_a_category_in_request_tracker_properties.jpg
  5. Select the Canned Responses tab

  6. Fill out the Title and Body of your Canned Response

  7. Click Save next to your Canned Response

  8. Click Save at the top of the page
