Set Up Workflows

Overview

This article will show you how to set up workflows.

Important Note

  • System administrators will be able to override the workflow, if necessary.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Site Tools >Group Administration

  2. Create a group of users that should be part of the approval chain

  3. Navigate to the page you wish to add to
  4. Ensure Live Edit Is On

  5. Select the Properties tab

  6. Select Workflow
    set_up_workflows_workflow.jpg
  7. Click Add User Or Group 
    set_up_workflows_add_user_or_group.jpg
  8. Use the Select Approver dropdown to select the desired approval group

  9. Select Save Page Changes
