Who can use this feature?
This article will show you how to enable Enhanced Search in the Document Center. It is required to enable the page before you can complete this task.
When you choose a Department Header, searching from a Page with the corresponding Department Header will only display results from within a specified folder (and others with the same assigned Department Header).
In order to have this enabled for your Department Header Package, please contact your Client Success Manager or our Support team.
- Navigate to Modules > Content > Document Center
- Select the desired folder to include in the enhanced search
- Select Modify Folder
- Select the Department Header drop-down and select the desired department header to associate the folder with
- Select Save
