Clear Cache on Mobile: Google Chrome

Overview

If you experience issues with the mobile view of your CivicEngage site, you may resolve the issue by clearing the cache on your mobile browser. This article will show you how to clear your cache on Google Chrome Mobile

Instructions

  1. Tap on the Settings icon (three dots in the top-right corner)

  2. Click Settings

  3. Select Privacy

  4. Click Clear Browsing Data

  5. Leave default settings; click Clear Browsing Data

  6. Confirm the pop-up; click Clear Browsing Data again
