This article will show you how to add a List Widget to your page. This widget allows you to create lists on a page.

Important Note

  • Use the List tool in the Editor Widget instead of the List Widget. The List Widget is a fairly simple tool, meaning it is not as robust as the list tool in the Editor Widget, nor is it as compliant. The List Widget does not use the right CSS classes that Screen Readers require to properly translate the code. The Editor Widget uses the right CSS classes to allow Screen Readers to automatically translate and work properly.

  1. Navigate to your desired page
  2. Ensure that Live Edit Is On
  3. Select the Widgets tab on the left-hand side
  4. Drag-and-drop the List Widget to your desired area on the page (usually between two widgets)
  5. Fill out the Widget Options
    • Header Text: Create text for the widget header
    • Header Style: Select a style option
    • Bullet Style: Choose a Bulleted or Numbered list
    • Number of Columns: Choose a number of columns to display
    • Auto-alphabetize: Select to automatically re-arrange items in alphabetical order
    • Advanced - Widget Breakpoint: Width at which the widget will switch from narrow to wide view
  6. Click to exit the Widget Options window
  7. Click inside and start typing to create a list
    • Formatting Options: Highlight text with your cursor to view formatting options
      • B: Bold text
      • i: Italicize text
      • H2: Choose regular text or header text
      • Page Icon: Choose how to align the text (Left, Center, Right, Justify)
      • Link: Add a link to the widget
  8. Click Save at the top of the page
