Add a Subscriber to a Calendar List

Overview 

This article will show you how to add subscribers to your subscriber list in Calendars.

Important Note

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Calendar

  2. Select Go To Email Lists

  3. Next to the list, click Choose an Action > Subscribers next to your desired Calendar

  4. Enter subscriber information

    • Email Address: Enter email address
      • HTML: Choose HTML or Text
    • SMS Number: Enter a full phone number
    • SMS/Email: Check the applicable boxes for which type of notification they receive
      • Note: If the subscriber only wants one type of notification, you do not need to enter both email and SMS number, just the one they want.
  5. Click Add

  6. Click OK to the popup that says Subscription request added. Subscriber will have to confirm the subscription.

  7. When the subscriber confirms their subscription, they will appear in the Active Subscriber list
