Who can use this feature?
This article will show you how to modify an existing workflow for agendas.
- Navigate to Modules > Content > Agenda Center
- Select the category that contains the workflow you want to modify
- Select the Workflows tab
- Click Actions next to the desired workflow
- Select Modify
- Edit the options
- Name: Edit the name
- Add User or Group: Click to add more users/groups
- X: Click the X to remove a member/group
- Add Rules: Click to add a rule for a user
- Click Save Changes at the top of the page
