Overview

This article will show you the Properties for the Pages module.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Pages
   
   
   
2. Select the Properties tab
   
   
   
3. View and configure Properties
   
   
   • Expiration Warning Hours (required): Number of hours to give a warning before an item in the module expires
     • Note: The default is 48 hours. Do not set to a negative number or 0.
   • Send Notification Emails (required): Choose why to send a notification email (do not send, send expiring item emails, send submittal emails, send expiring and submittal item emails)
   • Toggle Feature Column: Allows authors & publishers to toggle the feature column on pages
   • Was this page helpful: Whether or not to display "Was this page helpful" section on pages
   • Admin Name (required): Administrative name of the module
     • Note: Used in the drop-down menu and while editing the module.
   • Public Name (required): Public name of the module
     • Note: Used in navigation breadcrumb, generally displayed above the content area.
   • Allow Archive Delete (required): Allow the deletion of archived versions after this many days
   • Show Archive Link: Show the link to archives on pages
   • Allow Bulk Archive: Whether to display the Archive button in Site Map bulk actions
   • Allow Bulk Delete: Whether to display the Delete button in Site Map bulk actions
     
     
4. Click Save Changes at the top of the page
