Add Related Documents to a Job Posting

Overview 

This article will show you how to add related documents to a job posting.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Jobs
    modules_content_jobs.jpg
  2. Select the category that has the job posting in it
    add_related_documents_to_a_job_posting_select_category.jpg
  3. Click Actions next to the job you would like to add the related documents to
    add_related_documents_to_a_job_posting_actions.jpg
  4. Select Modify
    add_related_documents_to_a_job_posting_modify.jpg
  5. Select the Related Documents tab
    add_related_documents_to_a_job_posting_related_documents.jpg
  6. Select the folder the documents are in
    add_related_documents_to_a_job_posting_select_folder.jpg
  7. Find the documents you would like to relate
  8. Select Relate
    add_related_documents_to_a_job_posting_relate.jpg
