Change a Request Category

Overview

Occasionally it may be necessary to change the Request Type of a Request in the Request Tracker. This is possible to do with published and archived Requests.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules>Content>Request Tracker
    Navigate_to_Request_Tracker.png
  2. Select the Category with the Request you want to edit

  3. Click Actions next to the desired Request

  4. Click View Details
    Click_View_Details.png
  5. Click Category and select the appropriate Category

  6. Type the Reason for moving the request
    Type_the_Reason.png
  7. Click Change Category and respond OK to the pop-up prompt
