Associate Related Request Tracker Tickets (New CRT)

Overview 

In the Request Tracker module, you are able to associate submitted tickets together that are similar. This allows you to easily monitor all related tickets. 

Important Note

  • All sales after July 1, 2020 will have this new version of CRT™. If your contract started before this date, please view information for the original CRT package

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Request Tracker

  2. Open your desired Request Type

  3. Find the original ticket and make note of the Ticket Number

  4. On the related ticket, click Actions
    actions_related_ticket.png
  5. Select View Details

  6. Scroll down to below the Map display and in the Associated Requests field, enter in the Original Ticket Number

  7. Click Associate

  8. Your screen should refresh, you will not have to save

    • Note: You will see the association on your other ticket as well.
