Change the Request Type of a Request (New CRT)

 

Overview

Occasionally it may be necessary to change the Request Type of a request. This is possible to do with published and archived requests.

Important Note

  • All sales after July 1, 2020 will have this new version of CRT™. If your contract started before this date, please view information for the original CRT package

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Request Tracker

  2. Select the Request Type with the request you want to edit

  3. Click Actions next to the desired Request

  4. Click View Details

  5. Select a Request Type from the drop-down

  6. Type the Reason for moving the request
    reason.png
  7. Click Change Category and respond OK to the pop-up prompt
